2010 Reigning Queen, Sheryl Lee Wilson


Sheryl was born in Los Angeles in 1944.  She graduated from Glendale High in the top of her class and won the Bank of America Achievement Award for scholarship and the Arion Award for musical achievement.  BYU offered her a scholarship, and in  1966, she received her BA in Dramatic Arts, with a minor in Speech, English, and Education.  She then completed her Master’s Degree in Theater Arts and has performed at the Hale Centre Theatres, BYU, the Huntington Hartford, Pasadena Playhouse, Sacramento Music Circus, and in several movies. 

Sheryl has held many titles including Mrs. Utah, and 3rd runner-up to Mrs. United States, 1999.  Sheryl met her sweetheart, David, at BYU.  They have four children and 12 grandchildren, Currently, Sheryl serves as VP of Wilson Audio Specialties Inc., a company she and her husband founded 36 years ago.  Her interests and hobbies include genealogy, boating, horseback riding, target shooting, singing, Meso-American Archaeology, teaching Gospel Doctrine classes, road trips with her sweetheart, and having fun with her family.  At 65, she believes these are Golden Years with Golden Opportunities

1st Attendant, Kerry Henderson


Kerry has been blessed to have been raised in home where religion, music, education, food and service were major parts of her life.  Kerry graduated from Brigham Young University with joint majors in Elementary Education and Child Development/Family Relations and minors in Art and Music.  She has taught in Public and Private Schools.  She has a passion for music as a Pianist and Songwriter and is working on her third album. 

She has been a make-up artist and on the Board of the Utah Opera Company.  Kerry is the Chairman of Entertainment for Midway Swiss Days.  She is equally passionate about gourmet cooking and has been on television in “Channel22” and “Studio Five” cooking shows.  She has served in the LDS Church as Organist, Choir Director and in Relief Society, Primary and Young Women Presidencies.  Married to her High School sweetheart and best friend, Jan, together their world revolves around five children and 17 grandchildren.


2nd Attendant, Ruth Stevens


The joy of Ruth’s life is her husband, Michael, six amazing and talented children, and sixteen precious grandchildren.  The passion of her life is opera and singing exquisite and uplifting music.  Ruth has served on PTA boards and many rewarding callings for her church. 

She was recently nominated as a Delegate to the County Political Convention.  Ruth returned to college and finished her BS degree in  1995.  She loves to learn and teach adults and Butanese refugees.  Her hobbies include gardening – growing flowers and fresh vegetables.
